How to find a reliable OEM factory for customizing skin care products?
1. Search for product keywords that need to be customized on platforms such as Alibaba, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
2. Find 2-3 factories who can produce the products. It is recommended to find at least one Chinese factory for comparing.
3. Inquiry the relevant information of the factory, such as the year of establishment, the number of R&D personnel, the number of quality inspectors, the total number of employees, the area of the factory, the status of the certification certificates that have been passed or obtained, the customer brands that have served, and the relevant countries (region) have exported to;
4. Ask if they have produced the product you are looking for. Does the product efficacy, composition, color, performance, approximate price, etc meet your expectation? Do they produce the same or similar ones ? If you have more products that need to be customized, can the factory undertake all or part of them?
5. Can the factory provide the quotations, export procedures and qualifications required for the export of related products? Can they assist with the shipping by sea and by air ?
6. Sampling. Can the factory help to find the packaging materials you like (bottles, cans,jars,boxes, customized labels, etc.);
7. According to your possible order quantity, whether the factory has the appropriate production capacity to complete your order within the expected time
8. Quotation method, settlement method, product quality inspection method before shipment (factory self-inspection, customer representative inspection, third-party inspection)
9. Payment methods (TT, L/C, Western Union...)
10. Quantity inspection, quality inspection and after-sales service of received products
